FAQ
  • «Freediving is only suitable for athletes and very athletic people»
The best freedivers on the planet, such as seals and whales, are not particularly agile, but that doesn't stop them from diving to great depths. The main thing in freediving is relaxation, so weight, age, and physical fitness cannot be an obstacle.
  • «I'm afraid of depth»
The fear of depth is normal. It is present in everyone because great depth is not natural for humans. Through many repetitions and gradual deepening, we get used to this state, and what used to seem incredibly dangerous becomes simple and understandable.
  • «I'm afraid of drowning»
For dives, we use safety ropes and dive in pairs to avoid any accidents. The more you dive, the more you understand that there is nothing scary underwater.
  • «Freediving takes a long time to learn»
Of course, there is no limit to perfection, but the vast majority of students master the depth of 30-40m within the first one or two weeks. If there is discipline, you can dive to 30-50m already on the first visit.
  • «I won't be able to hold my breath even for 30 seconds»
In fact, it's just a matter of technique! We will teach you various breathing techniques, relaxation, and distraction methods, thanks to which you will be able to hold your breath for 3-5 minutes.
  • «Underwater creatures will attack me and eat me»
We dive only in wetsuits that smell of neoprene. Underwater creatures find this smell unattractive, so we become less desirable prey for them.
